Ebay can not stop FRAUD....I won an item, paid on Paypal & the NEXT day (today) got this message from Ebay:

I guess this means I will not revieve the item. Hopefully the seller does not have my credit card #

I called them to stop the charge & also put a claim on Paypal.
They must be able to hack the feedback system, as I always buy from sellers with positive feedback above 95% & with a lot of sales & usually a store too.
Anyone have this happen to them too ???
I AM PI$$ED off. Luckily it's less than $10.
