i downloaded and plotted cci_tsi, but tsi shows two lines similar to MACD. It is not similar as shown on your chart .

I checked the code again. It is working ok.
You can go into Format Study and play with the color/line settings.

High ATR = previous bar Close + previous bar ATR value
Low ATR = previous bar Close - previous bar ATR value
