not to my knowledge.

In my limited experience, it is not possible to get one chart to be aware of what's going on in other charts or in the portfolio overall. In my system (under development) this function is the responsibility of the Operator. In other words, non-automated.

I am just looking for something that allows my system to shut down if a certain drawdown is hit.

This has nothing to do with looking at other charts. Although I'm not sure why would you want to look at other charts when you can plot almost unlimited symbols and time frames in a single chart.
