No, we need a progressive tax system for capital gains. The poor are not taxed on them and the rich are heavily taxed. Simple.
Or we could just do a one time confiscation of superfluous wealth and use it for infrastucture, energy projects, building sea walls etc. This would stimulate the economy and provide good jobs for the lower classes.
I never said that. I agree with you that they make their money by manipulating money, adding no real value. That's why we need to tax capital gains.

Old churches had a structure at the top called a belfry, which housed the bells. Bats are extremely sensitive to sound and would never inhabit a belfry of an active church where the bell was rung frequently. A person who is batshit crazy is so nuts that not only is their belfry full of bats, but so many bats have been there for so long that the belfry is coated in batshit.
