reminds me of these famous Reagan quotes "Government is not the solution to our problem, govt is the problem" and "But if no one among us is capable of governing himself, then who among us has the capacity to govern someone else?"

in America we've opened the can of worms known as govt, it was kept sealed for a long time because citizens had knowledge of our Constitution. but a piece of paper, no matter how awesome, can't save us from ourselves. what this country needs to do is get this mass of worms known as the US fed govt out of the places it has infested and sealed back in the can it came from. with packs of ricter and futurecunts clones roaming the landscape.. it's not looking so hot.

ok, so let's just go with your plan, sounds good.

So assuming Warren Buffet makes the top 400 list, what do you tell him?

What does the letter from the government say?

Are you going to take every penny until he qualifies for the poorest 60% and he can get some of his money back?

How much notice are you going to give him? Won't he just give it all to charity?

Will he put his private jet up for sale? And sell it for peanuts because he is a motivated seller? Or will he just let the government confiscate it? What's the difference? Any sales proceeds will just go to the government anyway.

So now the government will own yachts, mansions in Miami and Aspen, and millions of shares of stocks that never got sold. Who will they sell to to give the poorest 60% their fair share?

Sounds like instead of 60% poor, you want 100% poor. How does that help me in any way? If we cut Warren Buffet back so his account is the exact same size as mine, how will that improve my income or standard of living?

and don't even get me started on Bill and Melinda Gates. "Sorry kids about those vaccines, the government now has a better idea what to do with the money."
