Now, before throwing the first stone I must admit I never tried caviar but I'm an expert in
Zacuscă and it's an acquired taste.
The fundamental problem is that good Zacusca can not and will never be produced in industrial quantities. Whenever you buy your caviar from a Target shelf, that's not caviar, that is. Same goes for zacusca.
So how can one make a business from supplying a limited quantity of a delicacy? Can it be done?
