You can count anyway you want. I’m just saying when a news source quotes figures, they don’t stop with the number. It’s always in comparison with something else, given either a positive or negative spin that supports the underlying narrative of source.

Numbers are meaningless without context, you can decide what the spin is but it has to be in comparison to something else..... how many times Trumps compares his numbers to Obama or his ratings to The Bachelor? Cannot take away spin but numbers in a vaccuum are meaningless.
