Looking forward to see your guys trades on this earnings season.

Someone of you ended the past earning season with good results ?
I ask this because if you didn't, it is better for us newbies not to try it.
 
Trying WFC one more time. Stepping up the size and adding some long JPM straddles as a hedge. JPM vol is @15 right now WFC @25. Long the 132C 42.5/46.5/48.5 for 2.41. Long 1 JPM straddle per 3 Flys. The vol on this should be 20 @ Monday open
 
I've also placed some long straddles on AKAM yesterday going into earnings (the trade is still there). May3 75 Straddle from $6. The 77 is Marked at $5.97 right now. Here are the last 6 quarters straddle prices for the weeklies before AKAM earnings events.

If you need some long vol in your portfolio, this is almost "free" gamma for 21 days :)

Why don't you set up your fly with a slight up bias: Body @$47-$47.5 for example to catch a likely bounce of the underlying early next week? I looked at the announcement, # didn't look too bad to me?
