Earnings journal

Earnings season is going so far so good. Need some help with TWTR tomorrow (biggest position).

@newwurldmn Did you get out okay? I closed at 6.64! Turned out to be a nice winner.
TWTR did really good for me as well but I did not post fill. Bot the Straddles for 3.44 sold for 4.96. Account up +9% since journal. Lost on UTX and SNV.
 
Congrats on TWTR. I traded LMT, PG, NUE. Took small gains on PG (3.4->3) & NUE(1.6->1.4). LMT looked real bad pre-market but I managed to get out when it dipped near the open (9.4->13.6). Down overall for the day.

Good call on both. I am up on WHR. Would have done much better had I not hedged in the post market.

Thnx. I had an order in for LMT before close but could not get filled. Yes LMT looked very scary this morning (same with WHR). Lucky Us!
 
Long EBAY Straddles. Apr26 36.5 avg $2.28 I don't think there is any risk in this trade.

I am short vol on ANTM. I have no reason to believe the current premium is justified. I have looked over the fundamentals/recent news and I cant find anything that will cause a large spike here! The margin of safety is quite large in my opinion.

Short the 225/250 250/275 for Cr.12.05.

Didn't ANTM move 15% last report? I's unlikely to repeat as it's likely priced in, but You're long the fly from 13?
 
Yea they had a large move! Which is why the vol (in my opinion) is so steep! Yes I am long the 225/250/275 Fly for 12.95 risk.

What do you think about the EBAY play? The Atm straddle is just over $2. Pretty cheap, no?
 
I'm short vol on NOC 270/292.5/315 @ 11.6 Cr & GD 167.5/182.5/197.5 @ 7.25 Cr

Screen also included BOKF & DTE, but strikes too wide to get a good R/R.
