I will never own or drive a car in nyc even though I have a driver license since 18. My house is almost paid for. Btw, I’m also a condo president. Trying to deal with 2 unit arguing because one unit is playing loud music thru out the day etc. lol. Now I will do door dash all day instead of being a condo president.
