How long have you been trading? going 7 days with just a small lose is very good especially if its mostly caused by user error.

Yeah I thought I was doing alright too. But the Gauntlet (good name) causes me to think of showing a profit too...not just surviving as I have taught myself.
Today is lining up to be a very good trading day also. We shall see. As I trade I discover my strengths and weaknesses. It seems I am a preserver of Capital thus far....every tick matters whether it is on the plus side or minus side...a tick is a tick.
I just need a few more good days like yesterday and then do what I do best...

P.S. I am going into today feeling scared, like I do not want to trade. My systems work and I just got to trust that. Today is FOMC day (14:00 est).

I don't understand the underlying negative tone.
You have moved back to the bonds where you have your edge.
Just trade 'em and leave the drama at the door.
I might sound harsh but I'm being serious.
i made the same mistake on mine except i let it turn to a unrecoverable loss be careful today.
I banked +$337.80 early in the session...but I gave most of it back to the bonds I kept +$58.68 after commish. I made 8 trades in which 5 won and 2 lost and 1 scratched. The 2 losers were the bonds in which I lost -$250.00. All of this was 1 contract trading.
It makes me feel bad when I give up so much money...I ran out and told Wifey this AM hey honey we are up another $330.00. Now I got to tell her what I did and only have $58.68 left.
She has hopes and dreams too! she says I am her lottery ticket...after 31 years of marriage that is a compliment. I love that Women...she is my best friend.
