No charts here either. Can't get the system status page to load, probably every body and his brother trying to find out what's going on at the same time.
 
We have 17 pro accounts. All of them are dead!!! We are paying a ridiculous amount of money every month and get this kind of service!!! So, no back ups, no redundancy, no alternative servers? Way to go, morons!
 
This was the last drop for me! I'll bite the bullet and switch. I'll redo my APIs and datafeeders. I cannot take this bullshit anymore. For the past month we had numerous interruptions of service including option chains, news etc. I've had it!
I'll pay someone else who is more reliable!
And you can stick your so-called "customer service" up your ass!

Please let me know who are going with, I'm ready to jump ship too but havent researched what the alternatives are yet.
