Had the same problem a couple times last week. A real pain when in a trade. Has anyone called to see if they have any input on it? Otherwise I will be next time it is happening.
There were a few servers having problems at one of our co-location farms. As soon as we identified the problematic servers, they were taken offline. We are investigating what went wrong on those machines, and they will not be put back into production until we're certain the problem will not reoccur.
