Hi everybody,
I tried searching the forums for answers to my question but couldnt find anything fitting so I decided to run a risk of asking it out loud. So here it goes:
I have been reading fair value calculations of eminis here at CME site :
http://www.cme.com/trading/prd/equity/fairvalue.html
my question is: where or how do you determine the value of required variables in this equation FV = cash [1+r (x/360)] - Dividends ?
that is the cash index, dividends and of course the ever illusive rate of interest.
Regards,
