IB doesn't seem to have the ICE russell 2k contract. anyone know when IB will start offering it for trading if ever? When Tradestation will offer it? Thanks

So what is all this going to mean for my E-mini entitlements? I no longer trade futures but I do subscribe to the CME e-mini feeds to assist with my equities trading. Does this mean I will have to subscribe to yet another feed from yet another exchange? I have more F--ing entitlements than I know what to do with now!

Anyone have a link to the site that shows the cost for the ICE feeds? Thanks.
