So just to clarify:

The Nasdaq 100 CASH index and the SP500 CASH index should/would both be included in a Globex subscription?

I'm not looking for your secret move, but your journals would be more interesting if you added a bit of flavor as to how you trade and what leads you to enter/exit.
 
you can trade without charts bronks? very interesting. just looking at price? do you look at ask/bid and times and sales or something? very interesting...
 
aaa, sadly, I am without a system. I just look at the CNBC ticker and if the S&P, dow and nas are going up I go long, if they're going down I go short. If they're doing neither or they're mixed I should just sit here, but often times (too often) I just guess, which is lot worse than waiting for the market to move one way or the other. I hope this post doesn't subject me to excessive ridicule, but thinking too much always gets me in trouble.
 
nljones, dude are you serious? if so, well let me be the first to ask- how have you been doing trding this strategy??? and how long you've been doing this?

maybe we should move this to another thread, bronks has a good thing going. start a new thread with trading using CNBC.

Not with Interactive Brokers quote feed. IB gets their cash index quotes from the CBOE. So you have to subscribe to their equities quotes with includes OPRA(CBOE).

When IB's support person told me this I thought he was messing around.
