When ahead, I tend to be too quick to take a loss, hence me dabbling around the 915-917 level. I thought the risk/reward was positive around there 'cause I was expecting a run-up to the 935-940 into the close. But the root of the problem was actually entering too late on the ramp. Hindsight is always 20/20 unfortunately.
On a side note; I'd like to apologize to everyone for my tirade on another thread. It wasn't very smart of me and I feel like an idiot for doing it.
