E-mini / pattern daytrading rule

Just simple thread...when trading e-mini become so popular,dont you know that SEC will apply pattern daytrading rule as well as for stocks?

Sec doesn't have anything to do with minis, they are not securities.

thanks to answer,i absolutely forgot on this point,mabbe would be good to tradin less than 16 houres a day.Looks like my brain is overloaded.

on the other hand i dint care about this rule but dont like any restrictions.
