DVP - Delivery versus payment

I'm thinking about getting back into trading after a few years' absence.

Whom do people think is best for DVP - Delivery versus payment?

I'm thinking about Interactive Brokers but I've heard negative things. Any other experiences and/or has it got its act together?

Why do you require a DVP account?

To settle trades with other brokers.

Let me restate my question. Why do you wish to Prime at one broker and execute with another? We offer DVP to your Prime Broker or you can Prime with us and execute away.

DVP can be messy and a lot of work, but as long as you're comfortable and familiar with all parties involved it can also be a great thing too.

I've been using DVP for over 20 years on many thousands of trades annually.

My issue is the cost per trade.
