duplicate administrator settings in xp ?

does anyone know an easy way to exactly copy desktop , programs , EVERYTHING , and make a mirror copy of my screw up setting my XP Pro ,under administrator. I want to have the exact same settings desktop everything , but under a user name with limited access , like i should have done in the first place but as you all know by now im a total idiot ! I realize I cannot modify the admin user hardly at all and now im stuck with it ...

I'm not sure I followed your english, but I would create a second admin account and then set my current admin account as a limited user.
