Dune new movie.... its ok

Rented it last night. Great epic scenery and big budget special effects, worth a look.

Acting wasn't great, but the filmmakers did a solid job on stunning visuals. Tip, I custom zoomed picture for fullscreen, much better than default 16:9. Lead actor was particularly bad, the original was better imo. But visual effects were good.

The Book of Boba Fett is pretty similar to Dune, just more action.

I'm a big fan of the book, and I liked the movie alright, even if I thought it was a little rushed. It was certainly much better than Lynch's.
