hopefully this reminds somone not to do this, especially in this period of "caution".......... midday....the little lady asked me to join her and the little ones for a bike ride......sure ILL go.... WHEN I get back to my workstation/ fire up my system....I immediately get this signal that I usually salivate over...so I immediately use all 5000 bullets, hit the bid and get it stuck right in the pooper........

the moral to the story....dont jump right in swinging,,,give yourself a couple seconds/ minutes to settle in.
 
Amen, brother... been there, done that :)

I now have the rule to wait at least 5 minutes before I start trading after a break - the same way I wait for 15-30 minutes before starting to trade in the morning.
 
Yep, good reminder..I did that last Monday, overslept, and in my rush to play catch up just came out swinging..and had my worst day in December so far.
