Inquiring as to the best resources for due diligence. Specifically searching for corporate record archives and/or paper trails of transactions, payments with shares, take-overs...etc.
I've used LexisNexis(ala carte), Thomson (Dialog) and Knobias with some degree of success but would appreciate suggestions greatly.
A great deal of my time appears to be consumed by searching and investigating companies before I accumulate a position.
