It seems to me that each time DRL comes out with negative or mildly negative news after hours, "someone already knows" during the trading day itself! When you detect there is a leak, what do you do?
The news wasn't that bad, as it doesnt affect any of their daily acitivities, and they merely require responding to recommendations within 120 days, but still it's unfair how the shorts or the MM seem to know first!
