That's what I'm referring to--taking the edge off. I've never done it, but I might try soon. Thanks for the reasonable insight to the question posed.

Seriously, drinking and trading goes together.
The stronger the drink better.
Drugs are even better. Weed is OK but I get relaxed and sleep so Speed or LSD is better. It keeps you up and helps you eliminate any kind of distraction. Coke is OK too. Extasy is ok but make sure you take it, get laid before trading. Cocktail of Coke, Speed and Acid's the best. Make sure you take it in that order. 15 min. interval. Repeat the routine every 4 hours. Or once before trade. One at early lunch.
Now, trading... Lock yourself in the room. Have your girlfriend or wife unlock the door at 3pm (market close). Until then just keep on trading....
Keep the room dark... play a Techno/Rave at full blast... This will cause you to go a little hyped and psychotic... Black lights are OK, but they get annoying sometimes... I broke about 5 of them last week.
Trade....
You feel yourself feeling the guy on the side of the trade. Really, if you feel more dominant than the other side keep on adding until you don't feel it. Once you feel in a even position get all the positions out.
I can hit 40-50 ES handles everyday doing this. Try it... it'll work... Also, just use Lvl 2 quotes... no charts. You get distracted and you won't able to feel the guys at Andover or Bright Trading...
