I think whatever you do, you should wear a shirt, otherwise it may send wrong signals

It is probably better to overdress than underdress. Normal Interview dress is fine, especially if it a big firm like susquehanna, or Group One. Otherwise ask the recruiter, they will be glad to help im sure
t-shirt, jeans, and an attitude
