Many people are fleeing into bonds and t-notes. That makes the price of bonds go up, which makes yields go down.
Always remember Bart Simpson, man.

They know the fed isn't hiking interest rates.
We're gonna' get a hint of that over the next two days with Powell flapping his lips. Hold onto your potatoes!
