Dr. Solid Old Guard........Joe Biden offered a very refreshing confidence that he is a heavy weight with lots of experience and wisdom which will do good to the US and the world in the next 8 years. Do not forget Hillary and Bayh in administration will add to the top line 'leadership committee' that any turnaround situation requires.
