There are state laws that will need to be updated

What has happen in the States is Abortion laws have not been updated since 1972
If Roe is overturned States revert back do previous law on the books and in some states that goes back to the 1920's
The left lost a chance to update state laws over the years when they had more public support
Unsafe abortions should be considered as murder and treated as such.
Maybe they are the ones who are now supporting the Republicans.
