Dr. Brett Steenbager blogspot

Hello Joab,

I apologize for any confusion in my blog. I'm not attempting to give "technical analysis advice", as I don't follow chart patterns, oscillators, etc. What I'm trying to do is identify patterns in the markets from the past several years. I factor these into my short-term trading, but they are not mechanical trading signals and not meant as "advice". When there is a clear historical pattern that you identify and *then* you see volume in the market entering in the direction of that pattern, that becomes a potential trade idea. I need to see large traders entering in the direction of the historical pattern in order to use it as a trading idea.

Thanks for the opportunity to clarify--

Brett
