Yes. Symbols.txt is the file that you can edit in any editor and add/remove symbols you want to download data for. Just make sure that you save this file in txt format and there are no spaces on the end of the file.
The second file you'll run when you install esignal and their API (free on their web site). Then you need to subscribe with them for a month. They also might give you a free trial for one moth.
