has been sporadically up and down for me today -- it's up at the moment.

I'm in Southern California -- I wonder if the problem is geographic-related.

Where are you guys??

I am in NYC.
It is a TradeStation specific problem.
My other charts and new broker are running fine!
These guys just do not get it.

Lost IB 5 min ago, everything else working fine.

TS working fine for me, but TWS is down of course.

I'm really eager to get some information from Def if you're around. I just got off the phone with an IB customer service agent who could only tell me "all I know is that things are down". when I asked where I might get more information about connecting to ZH or HK servers I was told "uhhh I don't know anything about that, you might want to call technical support. All I know is it's down over there".

I've been very pleased with TWS and IB, but this system weakness and lack of failsafe is an unacceptable liability. Any thoughts/information would be appreciated.
