Dow Surges to 14000

I just wonder if the market is making all time highs, yet economic data says some softness. Will the fed cut again, with the market hitting fresh new highs hmmm, that would sure set off alarms.

The Fed will cut it to 0% by mid next year. After all, reports show no inflation.
