Dow/Nasdaq/SP futures and Fair values

I see CNBC and Bloomberg giving this information everyday before market opens. Dow/Nasdaq/SP futures and Fair values

What do they mean? Can we predicate the day's market movement with this data? I am curious about the fair value, How are they calculated?

Take a look at the following link, it explains what the fair value is, how to calculate it, etc.

I j/ use it for the program sell and buy numbers.
