Understanding it is down to worries about interest rates after the non-farm payroll figures etc. came out combined with an over heated market. Too deap tax cuts will stall the economic growth following the 2008 crash recovery.
It had a feel of very expected, there was just a slow but unstoppable drop down to very obvious levels for technical traders. I was short biased all day on the major indexes.
However it went a little further than I and other profitable traders I know predicted.
Was the market smart money thinking that Trumpy has taken a possibly self-inflicted mortal wound on Friday in addition?
