Art Cashin mentioned possibility of DOW below 10k and ;
didnt give any reasons like war,which is usually bullish,
but did mention rising rates by Fed.

High oil & gas trends persisting could logical result in;
many consumers selling just to pay oil/gas bills,
strange DIA held slightly better than SPY,QQQQ lately.
