What would the floor "traders" be more happy with Dow 10K ?

Are those "traders" market makers that make money from the spread and commissions ?

For those only volume matters , no ?

Could be more volume at Dow 7K than Dow 10K...
 
Why do they always show glorified order boys on the NYSE floor??

If they wanted a real traders reaction let them photograph some locals in the SP500 futures pit at the CME.

I'm pretty sure "Local Muscle" is selling a shit ton of contracts every time Dow touches 10,000. Brass balls to the max!
