without bullets do you think it will be harder for bears to hammer back the market once it hits 10K? I know nat shorts can be put out there but nothing builds momentum like a slew of traders posting and selling.

Maybe I am overestimating the power bullets and the small trading firms have over the market - maybe I am not.

I know I will look to buy without the old bullets handy. As traders at 10K we could care less what happens as long as market moves. seems it will be easier to push it to rally without bullets.
 
Bullets have no long term effect on the market whatsoever.

90% of bullet sells are covered within minutes of execution.
 
If anything, bullets helped the big market shorts get filled at the proper price and allowed the stock price to go up instead of being held down.
