Dow 10,000 or 8,000 -- What's next ?

i hear alot of people say that we're not in a bull market , just in a bear market rally.

having said that, what do you think the dow will see first , 10,000 or 8,000 ?
 
funny how a month ago everyone was bangin' on about being short, and bearish at 9000 yet you see the results on this thread and most say 10000 is next...

Don't know, but long term (80+years) Log scale chart has base support at between 5000 and 5500. I guess we'll all find out soon enough :)

not even 8000, but 5000

This is what I think

Looking at the market in long term We are retracing e W4 headed for a W5 DOWN

If You use the Tom De Mark studies we have at least 7 or 8 quarters DOWN .

I'm not an analyst but a trader, so take my saying for what it worth
 
In the next future (1y+)10000 is nearer to reality. USA has only one chance to get out of this unbelievable mess it is stuck in nowadays: propel its trade and industry, any other way is futile ...
