I have no idea what 'Douch' is. Is that a television show? I don't watch television. Maybe it's watching television that caused the confusion you were experiencing. That makes sense - an inability to differentiate between an entertainment and real life would be the logical result of watching television, especially that 'reality TV' stuff.
