They inherited the perminent security council position from the USSR which they should not have. As such and as a nuclear power they can't be expelled. It's only a month.

Even if it was possible, it's probably not desirable. Pros and cons.

Perhaps the Democrats should give all countries nuclear weapons. Apparently that's the best way to reduce problems. That's actually why Pakistan has them.

I see you were trying to make a joke but I don't see how it was ironic. I thought you made the claim to be educated?

Anyway, I'd strongly suggest to you that you take a break from ET for a few months. ET politics is not good for the mind, Wildchild for example used to be fairly normal. Now he just farts in the bath all day.
