Double no-touch options broker

Do you know of any retail broker that still offers double no-touch options(also known as double knock-out warrants)?

They have payoff like in the pictures below.

I think Saxo bank used to offer something similar. A branch office of IG group also and Swissquote. The old binary.com and a bunch of other offshore unregulated and binary options brokers.

Now it’s not anywhere I know of except maybe at banks structured product desks(that’s not available for retail). Although it may be available at some European exchanges for retail but I have found none yet.

If you or anyone have an idea of an exchange or broker accessible by retail traders that offers it, then I would like that information.

Saxo hasn't offered them since 2007 when they prohibited US clients. Same with deriv/binanry.com. Trinitas/betsfortraders when they went debit and sold their IP to binary.com. deriv offers them in only a few jurisdictions.
