The Fed Reserve has been buying all of them for how long now? Since Obama took office maybe... They changed the reserve requirements for the banks which means they have to park cash and banks usually park cash in Treasuries so more buyers are guaranteed.. it's amazing how they keep the game going on and on long after it should be over.
