2nd propose:guaranteeing to earn 10% yearly interest which is about 10 times of USA banks' interest rate now.
On lending quantity,you lend me at least 1 million USD, but no more than 100 million USD;
On lending period, you lend me at least 10 years;
On Paying back: before lending contract ending, I can pay you only interest monthly or yearly;
at the end date of lending contract, I pay you back all left interest and your principal lending money within
bank's allowing dates.
After paying all money back to you, this lending contract becomes invalid.
And during the lending period, I can totally decide how to use your lending money and you can not stop me anything except leting you know where I am daily.
