I was unable to find anything related to financial experience on this person. Neither 8ems nor sina.com demonstrate any sort of financial service or experience. Given this, I think it goes without saying (and frankly is obvious) giving 10MM to this guy is absolute insanity.

It is a little pitty that the head post can not be edittd, I add my one of my writing motivations here, which are great dangerous signals to world's financial market :
As over 5 billion people have been seeing only recent 2 months, there are many never-happen financial crisises that have happened global including USA stocks...
