Don't run over cops and you won't get shot

I rephrased the question you should be asking...

"So it legal to shoot someone for driving at another car?"

In some states, yes it is. In Florida it is called "using deadly force to prevent a forcible felony". And driving directly at another car with someone inside it may cause great bodily harm or death, which is a forcible felony.

If this were legal nearly every police chase with cops firing into the back of a fleeing vehicle.Bottom line when they were shooting at the back of his fleeing car he was not a threat to anyone.

If they attack again, police fire again. You don't shoot a suspect when they are no longer a threat.
No longer a threat to whom?.....If you were a cop you would allow this person to be a threat to the public after he attempted to kill police

Snark is incapable of thinking into the future. In his mind after a violent crime is committed as long as they’re running away they’re not a threat to anyone anymore

I am just citing what the DA and SBI stated. If you have a problem with it then go contact them for a further explanation.
Your first justification (in the thread title )was that he was he was running over cops.

Your 2nd justification in a later post was that he was he was attempting to run over cops.

Now its he was trying to run into another vehicle.

Got it.

Bull shit,he was trying to flee he was not trying to kill anyone.

But he was driving at one of the unmarked police cars at the back of the lot. The two white vehicles in the back were unmarked police vehicles. Did you even watch the press conference?

I watched the part of it up until CNN cut when the videos were started to be played, because they could be "graphic."

It wasn't until this thread that I was able to watch the videos. And sure enough, the cop in the unmarked white vehicle was able to pull out of the way in the nick of time and avoid being hit.

It is reasonable to assume that Brown did not know it was a cop car, but the officers firing at him did. So it could be argued they were trying to prevent him from ramming that officer.

Maybe the cops were firing at him fleeing because he was driving the car directly at the unmarked car at the end of the lot?

C'mon. Maybe he was headed to 1600 Penn Ave in a assassination attempt. See how that works? Real cops (deputies are not cops) in real depts are taught to go car to car.

Bro just stay in your basement and keep 911 on speed dial.
Nice argument dude

Loser Democrats, like Dumb Destriero would rather have a violent criminal running around on the streets than cops. Just tells you how they live their life. You only hate cops if you’re a criminal

And their solution to violent criminals is basically: if you don’t like having violent criminals around you, Stay in your basement! LOL!

So lets shoot a guy here because he might hit a car way up there

They put the unmarked car and bystanders in far more danger by recklessly firing AR 15 and handguns rounds in that direction.
