Yes they will. They will take their suitcases of money and up and leave. The Federal Reserve System is built for perpetual expansion of the supply of money and if that supply disappears the US will go POOF! Congress better have one hell of a quick replacement if an audit ever gets traction. I doubt it will happen before the Fed has a chance the destroy the country first.
