Couldn't agree more. Too bad they just cut their refund policy on electronics from forever, except computers, to 90 days now. :(
 
CC is the worst. I went to buy a KVM switch and the biatch just pointed to it from a 100 feet away and then went on talking to her co-worker with piercings in his face and tats showing. I am no prude, but letting some guy work with a metal bar coming through his face in retail, a bit extreme. She wouldn't walk over to show it to me or explain anything. Best buy is not great, but not that bad.
