how do you know Japanese will be buying S&P 500? it looks like the volume of ES-mini during night session is not heavy.

they will be buying everything non-jpy.

think of it. it's so simple. what would you do if you were a smart JPY investor?

US equities going up - with added strong $ factor. it's a no brainer.

bill gross also said today that jpy investors will buy outside - i.e. govi bonds and stocks.

this is bullish for the dow.

Make a directional call or something interesting..better yet..make the trade!
 
here's one now that earnings has started (dud), & NFP circus is over.
if it moves, short it.
boyz put in a smash it and grab it high and then sold off during the daylight (read the tea leaves).
all roads lead to JPM earnings on Friday, short til then and then wtf knows.
