Don't Be In A Hurry To Draw Conclusions About Covid-19

Lots of people piping-in on the topic with their opinions... some with a political agenda, some just hoping to garner attention.

I was schooled in science, so I view everyone's statements with a jaundiced eye. (I was offered a forensic analyst job out of college for local Sheriff's department. You know... like the CSI TV show... didn't take it as didn't pay enough.)

Bottom Line... In spite of Trumpy's desires for a "roaring market into election", and Powell's, "Trump's ass-kissing capitulation"... we don't have enough data on the virus yet to draw much in the way of conclusions (shoot... the "data" we get out of China may be 100% LIE... as they are always willing to LIE ABOUT ANYTHING/EVERYTHING TO PROMOTE THEIR POLITICAL AGENDA), but "all will be revealed in the fullness of time"... as the late, great Ed Hart used to say.

Suggest... whatever you do (financial markets, personal behavior), be cautious and conservative about it for now.

"China has reported 3,299 coronavirus-related deaths, with most taking place in Wuhan, the epicenter of the global pandemic. But one funeral home received two shipments of 5,000 urns over the course of two days, according to the Chinese media outlet Caixin."
